Firstly, welcome.  We’re delighted you’ve taken some precious moments to come and read our site and to learn more about Acceptance and Commitment Training, mindfulness and behavioural science in the workplace.

This site has been set up to make the latest evidence in contextual behavioural science  more accessible to people in organisations who are trying to build capability, make change, increase work effectiveness and promote resilience and wellbeing.

If you are an HR manager, a leader and/or someone who wants to improve performance and resilience in your organisation then we invite you to:

  • Explore the blog by category.  We have tagged posts by their relevance to a range of topics – from goal setting to decision making we hope there is something of interest here for you.
