The aim of this site is to translate the latest evidence from behavioural science, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into the workplace.
In our work with organisations we see a genuine hunger for meaning and purpose, a knowing that current strategies aren’t delivering the outcomes that people really value. Our experience suggests that strategies drawing on mindfulness, values and thoughtful understanding of behavioural principles provide something that answers this need.
Our aim is to make the latest evidence-based strategies available to HR managers, learning and development managers, leaders and occupational consultants.
