Rachel has been providing management consultancy services to private and public sector organisations since 2002.
Her consultancy specialises in developing effective managers; creating engaged, cohesive teams and building healthy, productive and fulfilling workplaces.
Rachel provides:
- Executive Coaching
- Learning and Development programmes on a range of topics, and,

Prior to setting up her management consultancy, Rachel was as a consultant psychiatrist. (Yes…a psychiatrist)
Rachel is also a sessional academic at Queensland University of Technology, currently teaching Negotiation Skills on the Executive MBA programme and one of her most prized achievements was winning the QUT, Faculty of Business, Student Choice ‘Awesome Tutor’ Award in recognition of her: “passion and enthusiasm in promoting and supporting student learning, the development of critical thought and ability to inspire students to achieve success.”
